Announcements:

-4th grade will visit the library this week

-Friday is our FIELD TRIP to Mission San Jose. Make sure to send your scholar with a disposable lunch (paper bag, plastic water bottle, etc) if you did not sign up for a lunch from the school. 

In the classroom:

Grammar: Interjections and conjunctions. Quiz Monday. 
Writing: Analyzing the structure of Persuasive Writing, begin writing prompt Thursday. 

Literature: Begin learning the poem "The Fool's Prayer" by Edward Rowland Sill. Continue reading Robin Hood.

History:  Ch 13-17 Quiz on Monday. Continue reading Ch 18-21 (The Hundred Years' War, Joan of Arc, the Black Death) 

Math: Adding and subtracting mixed numbers/improper fractions. Quiz Tuesday.
